I know everybody says it, but it really seems like just yesterday you born, and here you are 12 years old already! Your sharp wit and sense of humor never fail to make us laugh. You are bright, conscientious, sensitive, and immensely talented in so many things. Although some days I miss the chubby cheeked baby that would sit and snuggle for hours, it is such a gift to watch you begin to leave childhood behind and navigate becoming a young woman with such beauty and grace. I adore you, Katie Elizabeth. Forever and ever.
